Enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant at this venue; the room we stayed in was recently renovated, spacious, had a comfortable bed, large windows, and stylish decorations.

I was upgraded to an immaculately clean and updated room on level 3 or higher. The location was great and incredible, close to everything I wanted to see with easy access to shops and convenience stores.
Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

Hotel was excellent, services also great. Room are clean and nice, near ben thanh market. They can arrange for tour as well, and there's a bank just accross the street where you can exchange money if you run out of dong, there's also a place for drinking coffee just round the corner. Would love to stay in this hotel again.
It would be great if we have more options on food for us moslem, and the food can be separated and not put in one tray with other dishes with pork. Anyway, its just a positive input for the hotel, that would make us more comfortable for choosing sanouva

Good for its price.
Too many blockings of credit card: the first is immediately after booking, the second at check-in, final payment - at check-out. It made me nervous.

Comfortable room at a reasonable price in the heart of Saigon
Minor problems with the room key but the staff sorted it out without too much hassle

Very helpfull reception, clean room and surprisingly good breakfast for such a small hotel.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
